Here, we Break down the 14 Points of a Decision, so you can know all the elements, and know what the most powerful aspects of being able to change stem from. During the course we will focus on the most important Steps.

Changing Your Stories is the Key to Long-Term Change. We must change from the Inside-Out and understand what that means. This means, that there are only two Main aspects you can ever work on: Your Subconscious Stories and Skills for Specific Changes.
The key is to understand that we often take something Specific and Generalize out.
This starts you on the path of creating that generalized change, by changing your Stories.
Outer Stories are the things we tell other people: "That was so annoying..."
Inner Stories are why something affects us: "They were late, which was so annoying...because it means they don't respect me."
We need to understand what our Subconscious, Inner Stories are if we are going to be able to change them on a consistent basis.

Once You Know What Your Inner Story is, the key is get to a place where you feel at peace and understand the purpose of that story for you.
Everything in the program up to this point has been leading to this place of you being able to change your Inner Stories. If you can do this on a consistent basis, you will be in the Driver's Seat of Control to Build Long-term Understanding and Trust with YourSelf.
Not only do you have to be able to control your Stories, but also, know how to deal with your emotions. You see, everything we do is based on our emotions. Some of those things serve us. Therefore, being able to recognize and just "hang" with those emotions, without being controlled by them, is key to long-term trust with what you truly want to do.

In part 1, of a 2 week series, we focus on being able to identify what you can and can't control and how to go about starting to build the skills to do the things you want to do.
Do you know how to identify your Feelings and Needs in the moment, without putting the onus of responsibility for your Feelings onto someone else? Can you make a positive action request of someone? Can you practice empathy when someone says something terse or says no to something you thought should be easy? This week will teach you the skills to be able to Trust YourSelf, in the most trying moments with other people.
The Ins and Outs of True Self-Discipline is whether or not you're living up to your Highest Values and if not, why not? This week will teach you the Logical Skills of Self-Discipline, so you can enact it on a regular basis.
