This Week is all about Time:
A. The Concept of Time you have in your Head, in Metaphors and Stories,
B. Time as a Sieve of Your Priorities, and

Week 2: Identifying Your Inner Stories from Your Outer Stories

Changing Your Stories is the Key to Long-Term Change. 
The key is to understand that we often take something Specific and Generalize out. 


Outer Stories are the things we tell other people:
"That was so annoying..."
Inner Stories are why something affects us:
 "They were late, which was so annoying...because it means they don't respect me." 

We need to understand what our Subconscious, Inner Stories are if we are going to be able to change them on a consistent basis. 

Week 3:
The Movie of the Mind Exercise on Something "Small to Medium." 
Learning how to get to use the Movie of the Mind Exercise, to Change Your Stories Three Techniques to do so: 
1. Going through the Movie of the Mind Exercise, a couple of times in this week. 
2. Learning the Movie of the Mind Exercise.  
3. Understand how Safety is Essential for change and what Safety is. 

This technique alone is powerful enough to change long-held beliefs and limiting mindsets that have held you back, potentially for years.

Week 4: Dealing with 'Multiple Storytellers'

We all have different Parts of ourselves.
The question is, how do you deal with these different Parts of you that may want vastly different things, all at the same time. 

 
This week is all about knowing how to peacefully deal with the "Multiple Storytellers" that may show up during the Movie of the Mind Exercise. 

 This is Important for Dealing Situations that can make or break our habits, and hence our Confidence.
Week 5:
Learning to Surf Your Emotions

The 1st Week of Learning to Surf the Full Range of Your Emotions, while learning a Mind-Based and Body-Based Tool each week to deal with overwhelm. 
 - Surfing your Emotions (SUSIN): Your Sensations, Urges, Stories, Interpretations (Feelings), and Needs. 
 - Using Distraction as an overwhelm Tool (Mind-Based Tool) 
 - Using Cyclical Sighing as an overwhelm Tool (Stress reduction Body-Based Tool)

Not only do you have to be able to work with your Stories, but also know how to deal with your emotions. Being able to recognize and "surf" those emotions, without being controlled by them, is key to long-term trust with your Self. 
Week 6: What To Do When You're Overwhelmed: 

Creating Safety for Your Self, and within Your Self, when you Feel Overwhelmed is Key.

Creating Your Inner Sanctuary of Safety and using Peripheral Vision, while continue to Practice Emotional Surfing.

These techniques will help you feel more in control of yourself and therefore more able to handle yourself in a way that you want to, as opposed to simply reacting. 

Week 6B: Week Off/Catch-Up Week

What Do You Do When No One Is Looking? 

This week, even if you're "off" for the week, means, what do you do when there is no external accountability? 
Do you maintain the habits you should have been building throughout the program?  

What Will You do Without the Homework? What Will You Do without the Accountability? What you learn during this week can be the most invaluable insights into how well you are changing and what you still have to work on.

Week 9: Living from Courage on a Consistent Basis

Courage is nothing more than pulling from Stories that have not happened yet, based on Who You Want to Be. 

You will move from your Comfort Zone, to living within your Courage Gap, which is the area of where you currently are to where you want to be. 
 
This week works on your Metaphors of what is holding you back, teaches you Self-Hypnosis to find your Authentic Courage Stories (times in the past you've exhibited Courage) and how to use those Stories the next time you need to exhibit Courage.

Week 10: Communication Skills, Part 1

Do you know what you bring to the table when it comes to relationships and communication?
 Do you know your patterns of behavior?
 Do you recognize others?
This week is all about recognizing who you are when it comes to interactions with other people.


Nearly all trust is trust between your self and in being able to deal with other people in your life (your family, your boss, your children, acquaintances, etc).  
In part 1, of a 2 week series, we focus on being able to identify what you can and can't control and how to go about starting to build the skills to do the things you want to do. 

Week 11: Communication Skills, Part 2

Do you know how to identify your Feelings and Needs in the moment, without putting the onus of responsibility for your Feelings onto someone else?  
Can you make a positive action request of someone?
 Can you practice empathy when someone says something terse or says no to something you thought should be easy?
 This week will teach you the skills to be able to Trust YourSelf, in the most trying moments with other people.

 

Understanding the 4 aspects of Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and starting to implement it in your day-to-day life. Includes knowing NVC is just a Tool for Empathy and learning what Empathy actually is.
Week 12: Dynamic Dialoguing and Self-Discipline

Dynamic Dialoguing requires Trust within the Process and Within Your Self, and when you have that Trust, you can easily come up with a Solution to Anything You might feel Torn on.  

Beyond that, the Ins and Outs of True Self-Discipline is whether or not you're living up to your Highest Values. 

This week teaches you the Logical Skills of Self-Discipline, so you can enact it on a regular basis.

    Group Calls are on:

  • How Much Time Will be Needed for this Program per Week?
    Watching the Weekly Videos: Most weeks are 1-hour or less (can be done at anytime).
    Tuesday evening's call is recommended: 90-minutes.

    Daily Homework and Assignments: An Average of 30 per day.

    This comes out to about 45 to 60 minutes per day.
