  • When Are the Group Calls?
    Group Calls are on:
    Tuesday Evenings at 7:45 pm EST, with the next 16-Week Cohort starting on 2/10/26.

    All ongoing Coaching Calls will be on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm EST. You'll have access to these calls after the initial 16-Week Intensive.
  • How much time do I need each week?
    Plan for about 2–3 hours per week. That includes watching or listening to the weekly module (20–30 minutes), attending the live call or watching the replay (60–75 minutes), and completing small implementation steps woven into your existing life—5–20 minutes at a time.
  • What if I Miss a Live Call?
    All calls are recorded and shared within 24-hours. You’ll also have weekly worksheet with all the new assignments for the week, so you stay engaged even if you can’t attend live every time.
  • Can I cancel at any time?
    Yes, the cost will be $99 per month until you cancel. You will have access to the 16-Week Intensive for as long as you're a member and will have access to both the Intensive calls and ongoing Coaching Calls for as long as you're a member.
  • Is This Therapy?
    No. Habit Change U is coaching and education, not therapy. We work with thoughts, habits, and behaviors in the present, and these will touch on emotions and patterns you've developed, often from your past, which may activate certain emotions that can be similar to therapy, but the goal is to work on what is currently in front of you and the patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and physical sensations to help you improve your life now and for the future.
    If deeper therapeutic support is needed, we may recommend working with a licensed professional alongside this program.
  • Do I need to be disciplined already?
    No, but there has to be something that is driving you to be willing to show up, experiment, and be honest about what’s really getting in the way.

    You do not need to be ‘disciplined’ already—that’s what we’re building together—but you do need to be willing to take small, consistent actions.
  • Do You Have a Money Back Guarantee?
